Classroom Layout
To ensure each student's success, I will use systematic supervision to monitor my students when they are in my classroom. I will also move student's accordingly if there is an issue that arises. I will also abide by all of my student's IEP's if they have one, to make sure they receive the proper tools and accommodations they need to succeed. I will also take into account the diversity in my classroom and make sure that I seat students in a spot that they feel comfortable. I will also change up the seating chart about once a month to create a positive classroom atmosphere to help students meet and work with their peers.
